The short version
- TapTell is a subscription service for collecting honest guest feedback via QR codes.
- There is a free plan for 1 Location and 30 visible feedbacks per month. Pro is billed per Location at €15 monthly or €149 yearly.
- You can cancel any time; the subscription stops at the end of the current billing period.
- Your feedback data belongs to you — we process it on your behalf.
- Don't use TapTell to collect personal data from guests you aren't allowed to process.
